Kids friendship poem
The two kids rambled along the glen
through the gorges, jungles and hills
they got raised by the mother nature
they never parted with each other;
They sang along-with the sweet cuckoos
danced to the steps of blue peacocks
woke-up hearing the cock’s whistles
and slept by the lullabies of nightingale;
Trees fed them with their fruits
rivers gave them water to drink
deer and rabbits made them cheer
flower-beds welcomed them to sleep;
Together they played with each other
together they shared happy moments
they were together in hard times too
they were the true friends on this earth;
One day they reached a cliffy point
one of them had a slip and hanged
the other one gasped after seeing this
but had a wise head she indeed;
Plunging a rope to her sweet friend
dragging the other end with much vigor
seeing her friend stand beside her
friendship won and destiny got lost;
